Board of Directors
The Arkansas Urban Forestry Council is governed by a 14-member Board of Directors (13 elected directors, plus one ex officio appointed by the state forester) made up of volunteers who share a love of trees, a commitment to urban forestry and a spirit of dedicated advocacy. The Board of Directors is responsible for developing and implementing the mission, goals, objectives, projects and actions for the Council.

If you want to be nominated to serve on the AUFC Board of Directors or if you want to make a nomination, click here. To be considered for nomination to serve on the board, you must be a resident of Arkansas and a dues-paying AUFC member. Members of the Board of Directors serve a three-year term and are expected to attend quarterly meetings and participate in AUFC-sponsored events.
