Top Ways to Save Money with Trees @ This is a virtual event

Beautiful, healthy trees can greatly enhance our homes and businesses.  However, growing trees takes time, effort, and money and the last thing anyone wants is to invest in trees and then watch them die.  In this presentation, attendees will learn how to plant and care for trees to protect their investments and ensure they thrive.  Some topics that will be covered include tree species selection, good and bad site locations for trees, and tree planting and maintenance to promote the health and longevity of trees. Participants will learn when, how, and why to plant, prune and maintain trees to maximize tree benefits.

Learning Outcomes:

  1. Participants will learn how to improve the survival chances for newly planted trees.
  2. Participants will learn how to limit long-term loss of investment with trees.
  3. Participants will learn how to maximize financial benefits to the home landscape with site selection for newly planted trees.
